At the end of each module there is a self-assessment. This is a progress check to ensure you develop the necessary movement and strength abilities as you progress. If there is something you can't yet do, you'll find positive problem-solving advice telling you what to do in order to move on. When you get to the last module, you'll have everything you need to redefine your impossible.
A positive place to share the journey
Each classroom has it's own community hangout space where you can share your experience, connect and, give and receive support from others who are on the same journey. A supportive, positive community and the benefits it creates for everyone is something we're really passionate about.
