Welcome to the School of Calisthenics Virtual Classroom
We're passionate about making movement fun, getting strong, learning new skills and bringing play into our lives. We want to share this with you. Calisthenics is an extremely motivating forms of training that's not only good for you physically but also mentally. Both the body and brain need exercise and progressive bodyweight training helps to optimise your whole health and wellbeing.
No experience needed. Everyone gets to play. The school was built to make bodyweight training and calisthenics accessible for all, whether you're a complete beginner or further along on your journey looking to learn a specific movement like how to handstand or muscle up.

THE PRINCIPLES OF MOVEMENT, STRENGTH + PLAY
When starting calisthenics, it's important to understand the fundamental
basics that will help you move well, create stable foundations
and have more fun. This is included for free when you become a member.
PROGRESSIVE TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Our training programmes are divided into bite-size modules, each with four weeks of periodised training workout giving you the exercises, reps, sets and cues you need. With a membership you get access to these training programmes; Bodyweight Basics, Handstands, Muscle Ups, Back Lever and Lower Body Foundations plus a full year of weekly workouts.
SUPPORTIVE + POSITIVE COMMUNITY
Join like-minded people and our coaching team to get encouragement and motivation regardless of how far along your journey you are. The School of Calisthenics community is something very special.
SELF-ASSESSMENTS TO PREVENT PLATEAUS
Our end-of-module self-assessments are designed to ensure you develop all the neccesary movement and strength abilities needed for progression towards your goal. You'll know when you're ready to move on and get troubleshooting advice along the way.

Years of coaching experience means our tutorials are succinct and easy
to follow, helping you to do the exercises to a high standard.
