The Ring Muscle Up is a calisthenics movement that shows real bodyweight mastery and is very achievable once you develop a strong base of push and pull strength.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
In this course we'll help you build the basic strength required and teach you the tricks that for so many stop them from mastering the Ring Muscle Up.
This course and the training programmes within are suited for people who have developed competency with pull ups and foundation bodyweight exercises.

Meet the team

Tim Stevenson
Co-Founder + Coach
Tim has been a professional strength and conditioning coach working with elite athletes since 2008. He is a UK Strength and Conditioning Association Accredited (UKSCA) coach and has a Masters of Research in Exercise Physiology.
David Jackson
Co-Founder + Coach
David ‘Jacko’ Jackson was a professional rugby player for 14 years and now also a UKSCA coach. He has a Masters in Engineering, a PGCE in teaching and certifications in sports nutrition and psychology.
Georgie Gabriel
Coach
Georgie has a great background and experience in the fitness industry. She's a Yoga instructor, Personal Trainer and former CrossFit box owner.
