The pull up and dip are two of the main fundamental movements in calisthenics. Not only are they the first step to mastering your own bodyweight but they form the foundation of many other rmovements like muscle ups, the human flag and handstands.
This course provides an integrated and progressive push and pull training programme that includes a specific approach and exercises that will help you to master the pull up and dip.
Tim has been a professional strength and conditioning coach working with elite athletes since 2008. He is a
UK Strength and Conditioning Association Accredited coach and has a
Masters of Research in Exercise Physiology.
David ‘Jacko’ Jackson was a professional rugby player for 14 years and
now a UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has a Masters
in Engineering, a PGCE in teaching and certifications in sports
nutrition and psychology.
